Now on to what I created...
I don't have any special traditions and don't really do anything other than wear green on St. Patty's Day, so I thought it would be fun to create a card and spice it up a bit this year! Hehe :)
I didn't use a sketch for this card. I just created on the fly, but I ♥ the way it turned out. The card measures 5.5" x 5.5". I used some old DP that I had in my stash (Green - Check!). I sprayed the paper doilie with LSG "Edelweiss Moss Green" (Gold - Check!). I then cut out a circle of some plaid DP and layered the sentiment inside. I put a layer of Glossy Accents on the outside of the circle and sprinkled it with green German Glitter Glass (Glitter - Check!).
I used some of my all-time favorite IAR flowers and leaves on this card:
White Rose Leaves (sprayed with LSG Gator Gumbo Olive)
Here's a peek at the inside...
Other products used not listed above:
Kraft cardstock by Paper Trey Ink
Shamrock sticker (sprayed with LSG Gator Gumbo Olive)
Jodi's Boosters
Holiday Sentiments by The Paper Studio
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
New England Ivy Ink by CTMH
Circle Nestabilities by Spellbinders
DP by The Paper Patch
Simply Scallops Die-Namic by MFT
Dainty Lace Border Die-Namic by MFT
What's up for grabs? Take a look at the gorgeous flowers below, they could be yours!
So, head on over to the IAR Challenge Blog for all the details. May the "Luck o' the Irish" be with you! Happy St. Patrick's Day. HUGS. ♣
